How long will it take for my jewelry to be made?
Our standard production time is 3-5 business days, but is usually a bit longer during the holiday season & Mother's Day. Contact us if you need your order in a rush and we'll be happy to help!
Are you related to mkw design co?
Yes! mkw design co. is our sister company. We started out selling our handmade, personalized dog jewelry there and have since branched out into a brand just for dog moms.
What shipping methods are offered?
We ship all orders via USPS. Standard first class shipping is free for domestic customers and Priority upgrades are available at check out. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, each of which is a 100% secure way to pay. Cash or checks are not accepted.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, but if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason or if your jewelry arrives damaged or was made incorrectly by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can quickly assist you.
Can I exchange what I ordered for something else or a different length/size?
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. Personalized items cannot be exchanged, but if you need a different necklace length, etc. we are happy to help with that.
What materials are used to make the jewelry?
We use a variety of materials to make our jewelry. Our hand stamped pieces are primarily made with aluminum charms and stainless steel chain. We also use semi-precious gemstones & Swarovski crystals and pearls in many of our designs. We strongly value using high quality materials in our designs so you can enjoy your jewelry for many years!
Can I buy additional charms for my jewelry later on?
Absolutely! Just contact us when you're ready to do that and we'll be happy to help.
I live in Longview/East Texas. Can I pick up my order?
Orders placed via our website are shipped directly to the shipping address left when ordering. We do not offer local pick up at this time.
Will my jewelry "turn" or "tarnish"?
Because we use aluminum and stainless steel in nearly all of our designs, you should not encounter discoloration of your jewelry as long as our jewelry care tips are followed.
