ORDER PRODUCTION

Our standard production time for made to order items is 3-5 business days. During busy seasons (Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), production time may increase due to higher demand. Please contact us before ordering if you need your order in a rush and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
SHIPPING

We ship to the United States & Canada only at this time. This does include all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and military addresses. Time in transit varies depending on shipping method selected at check out as well as the time of year. All packages are shipped via USPS. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. All shipping charges are non-refundable - no exceptions. The following delivery timelines below are stated on the USPS website but may vary depending on location and are not guaranteed:
USPS First Class: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority: 2-4 business days
USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days
APO/DPO/FPO addresses may take up to 45 days to arrive due to military mail handling time.
Tracking information will be provided via email at the time your order is scheduled for shipment. Please ensure that the correct email address is entered at check out to ensure these emails are received.
In the case of packages that are lost, stolen, or marked delivered but not received, Dog Mom Jewels cannot be held liable and may require certain documentation as proof of theft or mis-delivery in order for a replacement item to be sent.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duty/customs fees that are assessed by that country. Dog Mom Jewels is not associated with these fees and cannot pay them. All additional taxes or fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sales on all personalized, non-personalized, and/or sale items are final. Exchanges (for different length, size, etc) must be requested via email within 3 calendar days of delivery and any items sent back for exchange must be in the original packaging, in original, unworn, clean condition and must include tracking. Items sent back for exchange must be insured by the customer. Dog Mom Jewels is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
In the case of workmanship error or material defect, item(s) may be sent back for either repair or exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery. Item(s) will be repaired or replaced with like materials. Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive to ensure none of these errors/defects are present. If you have any questions, please contact us.
If we incorrectly personalize the item(s) you purchased, we will send a corrected version at no cost to you. We may request that the incorrectly personalized item be sent back to us, but will always pay for return shipping.
If an item is incorrectly personalized due to customer error, the sale is final and not eligible for return or exchange. At our discretion, we may authorize a discount for the customer to re-purchase the item with correct personalization requested. Please ensure that the personalization you request is correct prior to submitting your order.
Please allow up to 15 business days for an exchange to be processed or repairs made.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for Dog Mom Jewels ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
COUPON CODES

Coupon codes are to be used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Certain restrictions may apply in relation to the use of coupon codes that are determined at our sole discretion. Unless expressly noted, coupon codes are not valid on custom orders (this does not include simply personalizing an existing item).
GIFT CARDS
----
Dog Mom Jewels gift cards are redeemable on our website only. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card.
